those are just their created icons.
you can do that also....
go to your administration, then go to topics and create your topics there...
include your own images...... |

The FCK and htmlArea wysiwyg ports they have available. They both have image management to some extent and I even posted a simple hack for for FCK for resizing. Somewhere out there I've posted one for htmlArea too but I don't even remember where that was lol here maybe...
Both have some issues with security especially the FCK version.
I don't think anyones put out one for SPAW yet to the best of my knowledge but I could be wrong. |

I used to like Indy News but unless you had time to hack it in to every new nuke version... but anyway at last I think it has died there has been no active development from Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! since the 1.01 release for 6.5
As to what cordless is looking for I'm grasping too. Offering what image management I'm aware of was all I could say lol! |

Like hitwalker said those are just topic icons from their images/topics directory that are assigned to each topic. There are collections of those images available and even a small application for windows that can create them. (see nukeresources.com downloads)
If your theme isn't showing a topic icon it may not have the code to display it not all do. |

ok while your right on not getting a reply from "other sites" i would like to thank you guys for spending the time to help me.
Ok so we have a fair idea what i want now im at home i can link a pic which might make it easier in my explenation.
On my nuke website i want to post something that looks exactly like this on the front page
http://www.vendettaclan.com/old/troy/show.JPG
Now to my understanding is that news? or a topic?
currently i have this as news
http://www.vendettaclan.com/old/troy/mynews.JPG
see how boring it is no hyper links no icon
so how do i make my news look like the above news? |

Hi,
well i hope that your posted story on your site is created as "news" and not as "site" message.
But i think its a "site message" ,and if not.....someone messed around with the subblack theme and deleted some parts (maybe) by mistake.
....thats in story_home.html and story_page.html
When i post a story on my testsite with "subblack theme" i get this....
Code:
Posted by hitwalker on Tuesday, January 18 @ 12:29:17 CET (2 reads)
(Read More... | 1935 bytes more | comments? | Score: 0)
|
But im certain your posting it as site message and then you dont see the above i posted and you dont see any topic images as well.
So you see thats correct.
The images you see and refer to are just enhancements.
If you want more like i have on my site....then just install nsn news. |
