Total Moronic Move! I locked myself out..

Hi,

I've been able to get back into my site via the webpage by commenting out the sentinal items in Mainfile.php. But I cannot access my Plesk interface. Does it block PLESK too?

I want to get into that so I can edit my SQL entries and remove my IP address from the blocked list!

Any suggestions?

Sentinel does not touch Plesk or anything else server side, that I know of.

Wow! that was fast. thanks..whew. I guess my provider needs to wake up and reset it for me. We are 4 hours apart.

the support desk is sitting on their thumbs. Is there any way to modify an IP entry without Sentinal being active on the site or without hitting PHPMYSQL? I still can't get to the database! Sad

was hoping to unblock my IP address so that I could reenable Sentinel. But now, it looks like someone at the datacenter unplugged my server. Or turned it off Smack

The connection is dead, for sure. Let me know when it comes up and I will write a quick snippet for you to use.
