Desperate - no time to search . . .

while upgrading from 2.1.0 to 2.1.3 i'm locked out of the following:-

IP to Country
Admin Auth List
Scan for New Admins
Database Maintenance

also when i try to set the "You MUST set ALL admin passwords before activating HTTPAuth or CGIAuth!"
the "Must" directs me to a page not found error --> .php?op=ABAuthList

please help as soonest on this matter
