Tried to add an admin and now my admin page is blank!

I tried ot add a new admin, all went fine , it let me add him, and then after I added him my admin.php page is blank, all white! What do I do to fix this? I have a backup and should be able to fix it for now, but I would like to find out what i have to do to add a new admin.

What Nuke Version are you using, was it thru the default admin section for adding admins?

I am using nuke verison 7.5 , and yes it was in the default admin section "edit admins"

Hmmmmmm, sounds like it's missing a case statement in the case file.

Was gonna post this elsewhere, but along similar lines so I thought I'd join in.....

Nuke 6.9 chatserve patch
Sentinel 2.10. (althought the graphic states 2.0.2!)
Gallery v1.4.4-pl5 with mod mentioned elsewhere to stop users being trapped trying to highlight albums

When I try to add an admin through the admin control panel, I submitt the infromation and get a blank page afterwards.

They do not show as admins either.

when I go into Sentinel's control panel, go to Admin auth list- I have no other options for admins, per se- apart from "Scan for New Admins"= one I've deleted in Admin control panel is still showing, and one I've tried to add in the admin control panel isn't showing. Have I missed something really stupid?

Check the nuke_authors table and verify that the number of fields matches the number of fields in the /admin/modules/authors.php where it says INSERT or UPDATE values(.

There will be no error shown just a white page if they don't because the no result message is simply return; which in this case there is nothing to return with. (Security fix I spose?)
