Senteneial wont let admins in, wont deactivate!

helo everyone. i am in a bit of a jam. this is the situation:
i did the phpbb upgrade and then installed the dynamic_titles last night.
this morn when i try to login to the sites admins section i get this:
www.sddesign.biz/admin.php
i can see it s senteniel. but its not taking the passwords.
then i go to the and flush the admin pw from admin auth. no luck
went to the db and empty the nsnst-admin table. still no luck
then go to the modules table and disable the senteniel module by reseting it to (0)
still no luck. none of the admins have the access to the admin pannel.
how do i fix this?
can anyone help me plz!

now i have scanned for new admins and /home/slashdot/.htpasswds/.staccess did this too.
now do i add those back in to the.htaccess?
help!
