I have not had any luck with the webmail module. Whenever someone click the link, it prompts them to save the modules.php file.

That's strange. I click on the link and it tries to DL a file. What do you see?

The Web Mail Main Menu and this:

Welcome to WebMail System at The Home of the Devils Brigade!

Please click on settings to configure your mailbox.

By setting up new accounts, you can download mails from as many servers (pop3) as you want without ever logging in to each of them manually. Checking email is now made a lot easier for you.
