Fatal error

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/aodwbf7/public_html/php/install_blocked.php on line 27

Can someone help me with this error I keep getting?

install_blocked.php is not a file in the NukeSentinel(tm) packages. Where did it come from? Since it's not one of the provided files there isn't much I can do to help you with it unless I have a copy of it.

Sorry about that. I wasn't very clear on what I was doing. I'm using PHP Nuke 7.6 Platinum and I'm attempting to install Sentinal on my website based upon these instructions:
