Hoping one of you has this module to share

Hi,

I have a client whos site was tampered by a disgruntled employee. He altered several of her modules, etc. At this point the site is functioning but her profiles module is not. This is a great and working module that I see on some sites.
Her business relies on this module working. I am therefore asking all of you if you have this and would be willing to share it. Her situation is urgent. Thank you for any help in this matter.

this is a working example that i have found on another site.. I however get an error when trying to send him mail and register on his site
