upgrading something went wrong

ok so i upgraded php-nuke 7.0 to 7.5 by placeing the files in my root dir and the exacuted them all went fine. When i log in as admin i don't see the admin control menu with all the option like i did before. Can someone please help me how do i get it back where i can see the admin control menu.. or how can i downgrade from 7.5 back to 7.0 maybe if i go back to 7.0 my admin control menu would come back.. Thank you

Did you replace all files with those of 7.5?
