Problem with .htaccess and Harvester blocking

Hi

I've upgrade my Nuke from 7.5 to 7.7 and I deinstalled NukeSentinel old one and installed ver. 2.2.1. In site everythings work fine and so is NukeSentinel.

But I have 2 problems now.

1- When I write the path of my .htaccess file in General settings and want to save the setting it gives me an error page 500 like this:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

2- I have the same problem when I turn on Harvester Blocker Settings. An 500 error.

Please help me to get rid of this.

Make sure the path simply says .htaccess . Make sure .htaccess file has a blank line at the end and that it has permissions of 777.

Than you very much Raven for helping.

I did as you say here but both problems still there. Could it be damaged files or db?

My .htaccess file is empty and has 3 blank lines.

I reuploaded the files but have same problem yet.
