Articles not "auto archiving"

Wonder if someone has a thought on this.

I have the max limit of articles to display on the home page as 5. When a new article is added, Nuke doesnt archive the oldest article and remove it from the home page. I can do it manually by putting individual articles in a different catagory besides Articles, and then selecting to not publish them in home, but this method is not really efficient. Any Ideas?

interesting, so no fix for this one?? must be a mod that has been installed that is screwing it up. possibly we might have installed the same one thus the same prob.
