NUKE SENTINAL Cant add user or password???

Hello all, I have installed the latest sentinal on a phpnuke 7.5 site all the tables installed ok but where it explains to "You MUST set ALL admin passwords before activating HTTPAuth or CGIAuth!" I have no where to add the passwords? in the admin bit of sentinal about 5 links that are ment to be active links are not etc like

IP to Country
Admin Auth List
Scan for New Admins
Database Maintenance
are all dead links

I am logged in a God admin

If they are not active then you are not logged in as a god admin, or the system does not see you as a god admin. When you goto Edit Admins in your Nuke acp, does your name for your adminid say god? Are you using Chat's v2.9 patches?
