Your Sentinel is blocking me but I am not a hacker! upset :(

Hi,

I have been coming to your site now on and off for a while to download stuff for phpnuke for the past year or so.

Recently this week and today I have come in for the same and to check the boards for advice.

I found that I am not allowed to download anything because your sentinel has blocked me from doing so.

I am not a hacker. I am an innocent person going about my business. I have had a problem recently with this issue and am in the process of downloading zonealarm security suite.

Please can you help. I am not a hacker.

If you are able to trace the source maybe I can do something about it. I am happy to give you my IP address as I have it written down.

I received your email for my password, and I found when I had opened my hotmail that email had already been opened before I got to it. Sad

also do u have any good suggestions for good hacker preventors please?

I am very confused now. In our email correspondence I was assuming that you were being blocked from the site - my mistake. If NukeSentinel(tm) is blocking you from downloading, there's something else amiss. What link are you trying to download? And if your hotmail was opened before you got it, well, that has nothing to do with this site.

With that last email you sent me, the block shows that it is actually coming from the site that has the download. The message is

Ok, just for closure, the problems were totally unrelated but appear to have been resolved. You were never blocked from my site. You were having id/pass issues for one reason or another. I have deleted the user 'ninja' as it did not have any posts. I would like you to choose which username you want: Kate or Keleanor. I will then adjust the system to keep all your counts the same. I have modified the passwords for both user names to what is in the email I sent you. The other problem with the download was an issue on the other web site and Curtis has fixed it.
