Sounds bogus. Paypal uses https (secure) as opposed to http on user account pages. I recommend notifying paypal. If it is indeed valid they will let you know. I wouldn't click the link in that email until you hear back from paypal

It's 100% bogus. I get 5 or 6 of these a week. Simply mouse over the link and you will see the real link.

Thats from the mail header:

Received: from [64.124.16.4] (helo=web.xhosters.com)
Received: from nobody by web.xhosters.com with local (Exim 4.50 (FreeBSD))
Subject: Problems regarding your PayPal account.
From: PayPal Inc. <security@paypal.com>

And at 64.124.16.4 you ll find "is no website configured at this address".

Next time I check all mail headers. Wink

By all means notify PayPal. They will prosecute.

Forward it to spoof@paypal.com I receive the same email to or three times a week!
Note: PayPal will always address you by your first and last name associated with your account. Fraudulent emails often include the salutation Dear PayPal User or Dear PayPal Member
