What is your favorite block, module, addon and/or tweak?

One of the most useful improvements is the CNB Your Account module, originally NSN YA. Of course, where would we be without NukeSentinel?

I agree CNB YA module is great...and NukeSentinel is awesome too!

Also I really like Menalto Photo Gallery. Sommaire Platinum, Flam Mp3 player,
Verse a day block and I am sure there are many more that I am forgetting.

I am mistaken it isn't platinum....it's Paramétrable
