I can't see PMs, Topics, or Post! I can see Forums. (1 user)

I have a very odd problem and I don't see the solution...

php-Nuke 7.5 w/2.9 patch
2.0.10 phpbb
Many mods

I have three accounts on my boards...
1 Admin in Forums only (has space in name so not a nuke admin)
1 Admin in Forums & Nuke Admin.
1 Regular user.

The regular user and admin (nuke & forums) are completely fine.

On the same computer:
The Admin in Forums only gets a standard IE error page "The page cannot be displayed..." when trying to read PMs or Topics. Also when posting a new message.

The user can see the forums fine and browse the various categories, just will get the error message when clicking on a topic or posting a reply.

Troubleshooting:
Of course deleted temp internet files and cookies, but I think I am eliminating the PC completely since the other accounts work fine.

I was thinking this is a database issue but have compared the users and with the exception of the obvious fields (sig., password, name, etc.) the fields are identical in the table 'nuke_users'.

I also tried deactivating the user in Forum user management and re-activating but that didn't help either.

Any ideas?

Raven thank you for your quick response.

I continued troubleshooting this problem and "found" the solution making the problem user an "user" with my other admin account then remaking the user an "administrator". Then everything was fine. Something was wrong in the 'nuke_bbauth_access' table but I don't know what.

I should have mentioned in my original post that this was an existing board and the accounts were existing. Yesterday it was fine, today it was not.
