problem creating a new advertising client on 7.8

I just downloaded 7.8 version from this site and installed it on a local machine . I can't add new advertising client and also FB missed language strings for the banner system ! looking forward for Raven quick fix

I am questioning that "Second Bug" fix. I can't see how that fixes anything. I just went over the code and it seems like that would break the code. I'll have to look at it again in the morning.
