Email issue with PMs and Watched topics

I get this message when posting to a thread that is being watched or sending a PM to someone who has email notify on:

I'm not using SMTP settings on the forums and this just started happening overnight. Could it be a server/host issue?

FIXED.

Sent a note to host and they reset the SENDMAIL.

Whew.
