Cpanel 10 hacked help me plz

hi everyone well seems after installing cpanel 10 its has been hacked now 3 times, i found the problem and how they got in, i not posting anything here becuase it could bring 100s of sites down,
so here goes i need someone or advice how i can secure cpanel with this injection or should i not use cpanel and use ensim instead but thats going to cost like over $600 a year i already spend way over 2k this month in banwidth costs and having tech staff trying to fix the issue, apache and http & https went down with the hack, i lost all servers from mysql, http , everything went down before this started happing my email was flooded my inbox with over 2000+ mail and ip was changing every 30 sec so the range was changing so much i was unable to ban the ip via the server or htaccess.
so now i had to shut down the whole server until i can fix the problems,
any advice anyone with knowedge of improving cpanel security wise or how i can protect myself via htconf or with apache modules or even modify cpanel in someway.
any help would be most greatfull, also anyone trusted here i will share this information raven etc
