Fetchmod problem

A few days ago I installed the updated Fetchmod and it worked great, however now it has decided not to work at all.

When anyone attempts to download a file (after inputting the security code and clicking the "FetchIt" button) it errors with:

"You are not permitted to view the the file/page you have requested /fetch.php
Please start from the homepage, Click Here to go there now"

I have not changed anything with the downloads, however a few days ago my host did have some problems.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

I would ask your host what they have disabled. Unfortunately I don't have time to look at the code, but I suspect it is trying to do some form of reading of a file from the file system. Maybe they have disabled some functions around that.

Indeed it turned out to be an issue with my host, problem fixed now Smile
