Error calling 2nd page in module."Cannot Access Directl

I am making an upload module for php-nuke. I have it already as a stand alone application that works fine.

The problem....

When u access the module.. it allows you to browse and find file.
When u click Upload it is supposed to call a file called.. upload.php

The upload file has the no direct acess code... the mainfile.php..then header.php .. and the footer.php

I know why it gives me the "Cannot access directly" error. But how to i call the file staying within the module.. and without haveing to open up a new window?
