I had a stand alone version of phpbb that I migrated to a the 7.0 nukemod theme. When I used the tool to convert the users and forum, the settings got all weird. It seems that if I set a module to be seen by registered users only, no one can see it!

Is there a setting in phpMyAdmin that I can check for to make sure all of my users are identified as registered?

I want to basically force everyone to register on my site before being able to browse anything.
