can't make new admin in forums

I too have a simular problem.
I have nuke 7.6 patched with sentinel and running the latest version of phpBB forums.

when i go into the users permissions in the forum admin pannel and change their permission level from user to administrator they then can see the adminn pannel link of on their screen ok ,but when they click it they get the following error.

"You are not authorised to administer this board"

I have downloaded the above file to see if this fixed my problem ,but am not sure where and what you are meant to do with it,so far i have tried to "run" it but it says "You can't access this file directly..."

will this file fix my problem and if so what do i do with it.

Got it sorted, turned out i had to add them to the httaccess ,as well
