Need a mod developed for NukeLadder

Description of NukeLadder

NukeLadder enables you to run a gaming ladder with a PhPNuke website. Previous versions only allowed you to run a "league" type system but now version 2.4 enables you to use mods. This lets you choose the type of ladder for each competition.
In simple terms you can run multiple leagues and ladders and other mod all at the same time.

Current mods are:

League, Ladder, Knockout...and others.

The purpose of this project is to create another mod for use with NukeLadder. This mod will be called Campaign and use the following files just like all the other mods:

join.php
challenge.php
report.php
standings.php
acceptchallenge.php
withdrawchallenge.php
quit.php
declinechallenge.php
modinfo.php

I have a requirements document written up and funds set aside for this project.

Campaign is loosely based off of the Division mod for NukeLadder. The gamesite to use this new NukeLadder mod is located at http://www.eto-league.com/

Just to give you an idea of what we are trying to do and how we are trying to get a mod developed to use with NukeLadder that would support this type of gameplay.

FYI..NukeLadder developer has discontinued NukeLadder and is developing something called Titancore as a replacement.
