Error message after transferring /template/xxx to new domain

The actual error is:

Template->make_filename(): Error - file admin/index_frameset.tpl does not exist

Both of my servers run cPanel X. On my old server (willpattison.com) I've recently set up album.php and cal_lite.php. This is all supposed to be transferred to www.venture2000.org.

At first I thought I could just transfer all of the files in /www over to the new server. Then I realize I would lose my post and login information - and I need to retain that.

Next, I thought I would just copy www.willpattison.com~/phpbb/templates/SubSilver to the new server on www.venture2000.org~/phpbb/templates/SubSilver.

venture2000.org/phpbb will load, and evertying seems to work fine -- except I cannot access the Administration Panel, after I log in and click "go to administration panel," it displays the error at the top.

Any ideas how I can repair the admin panel? Or should I just restore the phpbb folder on www.venture200.org like I had it prior to copying anything into it (and then redo the album and cal_lite).

I am open to any suggestions...

Look in modules/forums/templates/subSilver/admin folder. Is index_frameset.tpl in there? If not, then you don't have all the files transfered.
