Member having problems posting

Hello all, I have had a member on my site for as long as I can remember he is now emailing me explaing that he cant post anymore, the error that comes up when he tries to post is this...

i am unable to make any posts at all, this happened all of a sudden i have not made any changes to my pc.

Please change browser or turn off the use of a proxy
or turn off the 'Deny servers to trace web browsing' in your firewall
and you shouldn't have problems when sending a POST on this website

Are you using Setinel and have 'allow proxies' set to no?

Hi at the moment it is set to off??
the options are

lite
mild
strong
