Strange page access

I have just done another trawl of my server logs and found one particular page access request is getting more and more common - but fail to see where or how the page is being written to the browser.

I'm placing this is in the 'security' forum as I am not yet convinced this is a security problem or not and wanted feedback from others.

The requested url is
http://www.guildofsecurity.co.uk/index.php/requests

The page does not display the full site theme in IE browsers and does have 'errors on page' but as far as I can tell, it is not a valid url and should not be displaying anything.

Do you think this might be a googletap gremlin or is there a more sinister problem?

Does this url format work on anyone elses site?

ok...here it goes..
if im not mistaken long ago someone (dont know who it was ) mentioned something like this to bob marion.
He probably remembers ?
Anyway....thing was that the poster found out that a website could be addressed with such an url like you posted..
They had a fix for that but i lost it...
you can still visit your website but without its layout.
ask bob,perhaps he remembers...
