Center block vs Home Module

I have the News Module set to Home and a self made block as a "Center Up" block.
The Center Up block is always before the Home Module in the layout.
Is this the standard way or is there another way to make
the Home Module the first "block" in the layout.

this was a question of another member not long ago.
it took some time for them to fix it.
the solution is in some topic here but couldnt find it yet..
maybe you could search to...

The only 'easy' way is to make the block a Center Down. Other than that it is the standard nuke way.
