The theme in my account remains whatever I have as the default style I set in preferences. I have never had more than one theme so this is the first time I noticed it. If I have NukeNews as the default theme and then go to Your Account and change my theme to Deep Blue then the theme in Your Account stays as NukeNews. Is this something that has always been?

No I don't think so. Mine doesn't do that, and I looked in preferences and there doesn't seem to be a place to require users to use only default theme.

I cannot duplicate this error with 7.6 + 3.1 Patched files - so not really sure

I installed 7.6 (3.1) ran the upgrade script, used the patched files and then installed Sentinel. That is it. Nothing else...

Well. Does this one have everyone stumped. If no solution then can someone suggest what I should do? Reinstall everything again?

Evidently this was a problem and the fix was posted here. I wonder why no one answered my post?

Evaders pointed out that the latest patched files fixed this problem. This is unfortunately part of the larger problem that I have previously identified where the current "Patched" revision undergoes changes and updates, but unfortunately, the revision number does not evolve. In any event the latest patched files fix this problem.

In between revisions, (after you load the latest patched) you should refer to http://www.nukefixes.com where changes are annotated as revisions are made to the current release (in this case 3.1).

For a specific list of changes (including the one you had a problem with) see:
http://www.nukefixes.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=8184#8184

Though care should be taken because in some cases, the latest fixes in this forum may not be correct or "final".

Steph

no worries. I will whine now and again just ask Raven... Wink As far as the latest patched files I assumed 3.1 was the latest at the time I installed... so how often do these revisions take place?

Well I was hoping chatserv would have the CVS updated, but apparently he's still working on the next release. We'll see when everything can get updated, chatserv seems very busy at the moment
