Greetings Raven,
I thought I would try your new goody this morning just for fun and came up with a couple issues.....thought I would report....
In the Readme....It says to use....

/INSTALLATION/installSQL.php

The folder in the distro is /INSTALLATIONx/installSQL.php

When I ran it....I got

Upload form disabled. Permissions for the working directory /var/www/cgi-bin must be set to 777 in order to upload files from here. Alternatively you can upload your dump files via FTP.

Is this the right folder and file? IS it the file fubar or my server fubar? Could be me...LOL!!

It sounds as if your server is running in Safe Mode. It is a setup issue with your Host.

safe_mode Off Off

No Safe Mode is Off....

Could it be because my server is running PHP as CGI?

I just noticed that the INSTALLATION folder was renamed to INSTALLATIONx by mistake. During my testing I had renamed it. Sorry. I have fixed that. But, that error is still weird because it's asking for permissions in your root cgi-bin folder. Just for grins and giggles, change the permissions to 777 and see what happens.
