how to validate all downloads with 1 click? module? hack? by sql?

By 'validate' I assume you mean confirming whether a specific link/url is available (readable).
It must be possible as E-Solution has a file size and link validation routine that checks its associated downloadable files.
I'm wondering whether a quick and dirty 'link validation' script might be modified for this purpose - perhaps a free directory link checker type script?

its because an user sent me 78 links... and my browser crashes when i go to the approve screen =/

that is why i wanna validate all of them

In that case, I think I would probably want to check them via the weblinks table to be sure there is no malicious code as I would not expect 78 links to crash your browser.

I dont know whats wrong with my brain tonight, you clearly said in your first post 'downloads' and I have been going on about weblinks lol - sorry!

I have been looking into this for rafamp and it seems the editor is using so many resources, even with one or two pending downloads it is crashing out with either a browser timeout or the page just hanging.
