I just completed installation of RavenNuke 7.6

I setup sentinel as stated in the readme file. It asked for a NS password. I used my main admin login and password and it kicked me out. How is the NS password setup?

Use phpMyAdmin and look at your nsnst_admins table and verify your userid and password. It is case sensitive.

in phpmyadmin, under nsnst_admins, I have the following:

aid varchar(25) No
login varchar(25) No
password varchar(40) No
password_md5 varchar(60) No
password_crypt varchar(60) No
protected tinyint(2)

I dont see what to edit there

You're looking at the structure. You need to click on the Browse Table icon

That would indicate that there are no records in the table which would indicate that you probably haven't installed it correctly. It sounds as if you missed this step

If you click on Admin Auth List, your list should be empty. You need to add admins now from your nuke Admin table. Select Scan For New Admins. When completed, select Admin Auth List. You should now see at least 1 admin entry. It will be your *God* nuke admin entry. Click the rightmost little icon (Edit). Add/change the NS ID, Password, and make sure the ID IS PROTECTED. The NS ID and Password do NOT have to be the same as your regular phpnuke AdminID/Pass. For the ultra-paranoid, don't leave them the same.Smile.

Do you mean it's greyed out or you've been banned?

So you're saying that you get a Banned message when you try to go to admin.php, but not your site otherwise? NukeSentinel(tm) does not do that. What, exactly, is the "banned" message?

You can see by yourself
www.reinan.nl/destest/admin.php

You get a login screen, and when you click cancel you gane see the message

That is not being banned Laughing. That's standard browser HTTP Authentication Protocol anytime you cancel out of the HTTP Auth window. The reason you are having these problems is because you did not follow the README Wink

Use phpMyAdmin and edit the nsnst_config table. Change the http_auth setting to 0 (zero). You should now be able to access your admin panel.
