Modules / Right Blocks Not Visible

Hi guys,

I used this package for 3 sites i build,
and everything is working fine except some minor bugs.

My main page is ok, with right blocks after i edited theme.php.

But to all of active modules, there is no right blocks.

I tried to place $index=1; to index.php of the modules, but nothing.

Any idea how to fix this ?

I assume its the latest Patched files, use
