attach mod problem; config leads to blank page.

i use ravenuke76 and it's work find for me,but when i install attach mod2.3.14 there's some problem,i read install.txt carefully and follow them step by step,but in phpbb adminpage when i click into management,quota limit,shadow attachment and syncronize attachment they lead my to blank page,what files need to edit,thank's for ur kind
and also have error massage

well, i've drop table and delete files...but that says :
You are not able to use the FTP Upload Methods, because FTP Extensions are not compiled into your PHP Installation.:
anybody can sent me pre-mod files? i stuck with this problem for 2 weeks T-T
i'll use to check winth my my files for find some errors

well i found the problem....FTP Extensions are not compiled into your PHP Installation....on abnother forum but as usual that site was gone....
but better contact your host and see what they have to say about it....
