User Confermation Problem.

I've got a problem with the confermation link in the new user activation email. It sends you to a error 404 page. Here is the link changes to the users name.

http://yourserver.com/modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=activate&username=NewUser&check_num=341ca0e919b095af289b5d3d7a7f055e

I know I seen some where in the forums my answer. I didn't know I had the problem then and I can't seem to find it now..LOL

Can anyone see a problem with the link, or path and how can I get it correted?

Thank you for replying. I did find the part of a miss www. in the url. However I made that change and it still didn't correct the problem. I added http://www.yourdomain.com. Is there any other solution you can think of?
