Thats real cool, I used to have a Sulphur Crested like that.
Going to put that luink on our parrot site.
When these parrots perform like that ppl then to understandably think they are just automatic response triggers.
When these birds are in there own home enviroment without prompts, the reaction is very different...they put things together spontainiously with intellegence. Most of the 'tricks' are not tought to them, they learn and pick them up by themselves along with correct aplications.
For instance..I had a flatmate with a dog, the dog would wantr to go outside, so he would call out "Chopper wants to go out"
He would know who was at home...if one asked if (flatmates name) was in, we would respond correctly with "hes home" or hes out" and be correct...If the person was not in the room but home he would be able to tell the difference even if they had been out all day.
