Can't Submit News into Stories table

Have installed Ravens7.6 bundle (7.6 +3.1 +Sent) PLUS I have Gallery2.0 and NuCalendar modules installed. Regressing back from a 7.9 with NSN2.0 install cos of security and nsn wasn't working for me.

I pretty much followed the install but copied over files and also SQL'ed certain tables over the new 7.6 database from the 7.9 database, including the stories table.... the 7.9 stories imported in ok...BUT...

Now when I submit news items, either as admin or thru submit news.... nothing seems to happen, news items just don't get into the stories table.

Searched around and this post seemed to have similiar issue.

Tried that stuff but no joy...

Set the error diplay to true and nothing displayed...
Only trying to post plain old text...no fancy HTML!

Update... Ahhh... just checked the SQL file I used to bring in the old stories from 7.9 and

Looks like I might have knackered my stories table.

Can anyone confirm what a 7.6 table should look like and that this is my problem?

Look at the sql that comes with RavenNuke76(tm). That has the stories schema in it Smile

Was late last night and had to hit the sack and just thought of that when I switched off the light Rolling Eyes

Just sorted it. The tables do differ.

One extra field in the 7.9 version...
rating_ip varchar(15)
....and a couple of other fields are longer lengths

Just deleted the old table and cut the stories SQL from the SQL install file and ran it manually and now all sorted and working
