Want to have new members agree to TOS ?

What module / mod do I need to have new members have to agree to a Terms of service etc before continuing ?

Like the one on this site when registering

and where can I get it

well best solution to that would be cnbya (Your_Account)
thats a different your account version that lets you configure a lot of things ,decide what stuff your members can do or not,including forcing the t.o.s,i use it to...
but realy....no matter if people agree or not to a tos,they always do what they want....

Thank you, I appreciate your prompt reply, I will search now for "cnbya" and yes I realize that a TOS is only as binding as the person clicking, BUT it does add a nice touch and also can assist to avoid the "But I didn't know that was the rules" :)LOL
