problem (Column count doesn't match value count at row 1)

Just installed the raven edition of phpnuke 7.6 but am getting this error when i activate a flash nav block on the left hand side.

Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

Is this a known bug and is there an easy fix.

On the standard php 7.6 version it works fine..

Or, standard 7.6 version hides the real problem... It seems there is something amiss in the navigation block. Why is it counting columns?
