Trouble with forums phpBB critical error, new session

Alright, I keep getting this error when attempting to access my forums administration option at www.wolvenmoon.com, if there are any high post count people that want access to it please tell me, I don't have the computer power (P3 500 with 368 some odd megs of RAM) to troubleshoot it properly, please help. I'm lagging even as we speak (It's a server system not optimized for this stuff!)

Hint - has a lot to do with the code and the database fields not matching up - either too many in one or not enough in the other....

It had to do with the upgrade.php not having been run, no installation instructions told me to run it, after searching and finding a bajillion times of seeing people being told to search the forum I finally found out that it was needing to run

www.yoursitename.com/upgrade.php
