The XML icon is not on the images/blocks/ folder thats why you will see an broken image on the collapsing forums block. To fix that change the upload folder of:

images/* ----> /NUKEROOT/images/*

to

images/* ----> /NUKEROOT/images/blocks/*

or change the code

to

Code:
<img src="images/xmlicon.gif" alt="" border="0" />

Thank you for this correction! I have corrected the download to store the images in images/blocks. The same goes for locktopicgray.gif. It was referenced in images/misc/locktopicgray.gif. I have moved it to images/blocks/locktopicgray.gif and modified the core code to reference that path.
