I need help installing Nuke Treasury

When I install the Nuke Treasury and set up the config, when I test the IPN, I get the blow error message. Any clue how to fix it? It shows that there is no config.php file. Not sure where this is suppose to point to.

thats what I get when I don't do a search. Sorry for the repeated post. The presvious post solved the problem. I didn't know you are suppose to delete the ".inc" in the file name. All works now
