I am interested in having multiple surveys running at the same time.. Thought about adding them as a module with a seperate name but would that work?? I haven't attempted it yet because I know that the module also is added in the admin panel and I was also unsure of the code I would need.. Some help Please

No, not under the present architecture. You would literally need to duplicate the tables and all the code and recode the variable names, table names, etc. I believe there is a mod out there that allows this. You'd need to Google a while to see.
