Can the advertising module be 'installed' this way?

Hi, I searched the old threads, and possibly learned enough to ask this:

-The 'advertising mod' was for Nuke 7.8+
-Raven's (Nuke 7.6+++) is much more secure.
-I want to take all the 'ad mod' files from 7.9 (the related data tables too), 'place them', and 'see if it works'.
-I'm concerned I will get errors 'later on', when everything seems to work at first.

Has anyone else tried this? Does it work well?

There really isn't anything that would stop the module from running under 7.6. You just need to get the Advertising files, banner table changes, the cities data, the ads() function, and theme changes from 7.8. Not exactly a simple process, but its not too much work
