Linux File Permissions and RavenNuke

Was looking over my file permissions and a few caught my eye and I was wondering if they need to be changed. Im on a Linux host running RavenNuke with CGI-Auth.

ultramode.txt = 777 YES

.htaccess = 777 NO 666 might be better

.staccess = 777 NO 666 would work better, although you may want to use 644, but just remember that if you add another admin or change their NS password, you will be unable to write the .staccess file back out until you change it back to at least 666.

If html/modules is a directory (it would right?), then why would it be 705. I am used to seeing 755.

the others are not a part of nuke, so I am not sure what they are nor the implications of their permissions.
