A question about email from sentinel

I have a question that I still cannot figure out my flood protection banned a member.. I am running the latest sentinel just upgraded today.. Its not really a problem with the protection the member actually had a problem seeing the security code or well could have forgotten to add it at sign in... Is that normal should that happen?? my next question is this the email I got is this

I editted my site info in the example... The thing I want to know is what is that funwebproducts thing... I get that alot and im not sure what it is.. I see it in the server logs alot.. This member is on yahoo and I have another member from msn and Microsoft ips show up all over the place too.. Trick is that I sometimes connect through msn is this a spider following or something
