Signature disparity between "Info" & "pro

Well, seems that when my users make an entry for their siggy in the forum part "profile" It comes out fine as long as they do it in BBcode if they use html even with html enabled it does not work. Now the BBcode shows as code if you click on their profile card on the main user/site info block (i.e. your account info sort of) if the person themselves click "your acocunt" it shows their signature in code as well instead of actually parsed... now I know the portion of nuke that says enter signature as html but it uses the same block as the forums and the forums aren't taking html...

P.S. I added a test bbcode signature to my profile here to see if it happens here also. But, don't know how to fix this problem.
