Question about scrolling text block

I am wondering if it is possible to have lets say 5 groups of text with 5 titles for the text. Now I want the block to show the title without moving to the next title until the first group of text is done. Then it will go to the next group of text to scroll through and change the title to that groups. I have been trying to see if this is possible I have tried a couple IF statements but I just can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an example on the web somewhere that you are trying to model after? If so, can you post a link to it? Because, when I read the post, it sounds perfect for a Marquee type scroll where you have all the text in the block in the order you want it, but then let the browser scroll it up or down. Is this what you are talking about, or something different?

Well I am looking for the title to change every time a new group of text scrolls up. I want the title to not move while the text is scrolling up then the title updates to the new title with the next set of text scrolls up. I know if you place text before the marquee it won't move but my problem is to get that text to clear and be replaced by the next set of text. See my website has something called Life Solutions, and I have bible verse's that scroll up. But I would like it to say for example:
Faith for the title that does not move, then the faith verse's scroll up. Then when the next topic comes in line for example Love. Then the previous topic Faith is replaced by the next topic Love and the next group of text, the verses for Love scroll up.

I hope that makes some sense in what I am trying to create.

Oh, ok. You will not be able to do this with a marquee. You will have to find a way to do this with JavaScript. I'd do some Google searches on maybe "javascript scrolling text" or something like that. I am pretty sure you'll be able to control it with that.
