How to remove blocks on a certain page?

How can I remove blocks on the right from the forum page? I remember there was somthing in admin.php where I could control that but I do not see it anywhere? How can I remove those blocks?

Sorry I ment the left side. I want to keep them on the home page but not in the forums page.
