Changing the way google sees my site.

I will use some pictures to help everyone understand what I want.

This first picture shows my home page on google but its showing my translation bar that I use on top of my site, How would I make it so google doesnt show that and instead shows something related to my site.

This second image is of my forums and I would like it to show what topic that the user created in the forums like it does for this site. Instead its showing that dang translation code again

Nevermind, I just removed it from the header and put it into a block.

You had a second question in your original post, though, regarding having it show the topic text (in the page title). This is called "Dynamic Titles". You can get it here:
